Please arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your Spa Avania experience, and to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes for treatments are accepted up to 8 hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge. For cancellation of spa experiences, passages, and journeys, we require 24 hours notice. Without this notification, a full cancellation fee will apply.

Spa Protocol
For your comfort, we ask that you shower prior to any body service and before using any water amenities following a massage. Also, allow enough time to cool down after using the steam, sauna or pools. Spa Avania is an adult facility and is available to both men and women over the age of 17.

You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

Clothing
We provide a robe and slippers and you will be draped during your massage. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. For Thai massage, shorts and t-shirt are required.

In an effort to make your spa experience as seamless as possible, a 19% service charge will be added to your spa and salon treatments. This service charge will also apply to package prices.
