Scottsdale Wedding Packages
Plan your special day with ease when you choose one of our customizable Arizona wedding packages. Our exceptional desert oasis offers several packages with lovely venues for hosting a memorable wedding ceremony and reception, whether you prefer an elegant ceremony on the Waterfall Terrace overlooking the resort, or a grand ceremony on one of our beautiful lawns.

Our Scottsdale Arizona wedding ceremony fees range in price from $2,000 to $3,500, depending on the area selected, and include the following:

  • Complimentary guestroom for the bride and bridegroom
  • Set up on day of wedding with your choice of black or white outdoor chairs
  • Gift tables
  • Outdoor sound system with microphone 
  • Guest registration tables
  • Unity candle table
  • Hardwood runner, if needed
  • Dressing room for the bride and her attendants
  • Weather back-up space for your event
Please note, all Scottsdale Arizona hotel weddings at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch must be accompanied by a wedding reception at our resort.


Wedding Receptions
To assist you in planning your wedding celebration with ease, our talented culinary team has put together a selection of Scottsdale Arizona wedding packages offering an assortment of delicious choices to suit your tastes and budget.  From casual buffets or Sunday Brunch to a formal dinner in one of our many beautifully decorated banquet venues, all of our Arizona hotel wedding packages can be completely customized to match your wishes, as well as dietary and ethnic requirements.


No matter which style you choose, each of our elegant weddings includes the following specially added touches, including:


  • Professional banquet captain to ensure your day is perfect
  • Butler-passed hors d’oeuvres during your cocktail hour 
  • Delicious multi-course meal prepared specially for your event
  • Signature wedding cake in your choice of design and flavor. Or, if you prefer to include a dessert table, our catering manager will advise cake pricing for your reference
  • Beautifully set tables with elegant linens. An assortment of linens and napkins are available in an array of colors for all settings at additional pricing
  • Votive candles to accentuate your table centerpieces
  • Complimentary wood parquet dance floor to dance the night away
  • Staging for band or DJ for the perfect accompaniment
