Arizona Wedding Locations
Host your once-in-a lifetime celebration at our remarkable Scottsdale wedding location.

Cascading waterfalls, majestic mountains and brilliant sunsets set the backdrop for memories that are unforgettable. Of course, fine service and culinary excellence are standard within our exquisite Scottsdale Arizona wedding location.


Outdoor Venues
Waterfall Terrace
Perfect for an intimate wedding with up to 100 guests, the Waterfall Terrace features sparkling fountains, views of the golf course and mountain, a built-in bar and private fire pit.  This intimate space can accommodate up to 100 guests for a ceremony or 60 guests for a reception.

Ceremony Site Fee: $2,000

Terrace Court
Surrounded by blooming bougainvilleas in reds and pinks, Terrace Court overlooks our sparkling pools and the majestic McDowell Mountains. This inviting space can accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony or 150 for a reception.

Ceremony Site Fee: $3,500

Palm Grove
Bordered by spectacular palm trees, offers lakeside views of the mountains and golf course. Palm Grove hosts as many as 500 guests for your ceremony in this gracious setting, or more than 250 for a reception.

Lawn Court
Provides a quiet and tranquil scene of lush grass fringed with magnolia palm trees, and  colorful flowerbeds, the ideal backdrop for your ceremony with up to 500 guests. For a wedding reception, Lawn Court can host 250 for a formal seated banquet or 600 for a classic reception.

Indoor Venues
Vaquero Ballroom
The Vaquero Ballroom is an elegant setting in which to host premier gatherings. A soaring 16-foot vaulted ceiling with crystal tube chandeliers and warm colors throughout make our largest venue feel welcoming. Celebrate your love with a grand gala, complete with a specially created theme for your formal dinner with 1,000 guests. This versatile room can also be divided into smaller salons to fit your needs. The adjoining Regency Foyer works well for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to your reception.

Arizona Ballroom
Incorporating local elements, the 12,000-square-foot Arizona Ballroom is adorned with beautiful stained oak millwork, fossil stone accents, and a palette of blue and gold. The outside entrance to the ballroom features cascading fountains, vibrant bougainvillea, and over fifty Royal date palms lining the entry drives. Gather over 800 family and friends for a seated banquet or invite 1,200 for a classic reception.

Arroyos 
The Arroyo Room features views of Terrace Court and the Majestic McDowell Mountains from an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows, and is ideal for a wedding celebration with as many as 140 guests.

Dunes
Featuring rooms which open onto Terrace Court and offering views of spectacular blooming bougainvillea and cactus, Dunes is perfect for a private reception for 90.
